2 Registration & Account Management

To enjoy all features of the tkvat platform, creating a personal account is required. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.

• Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential.
• You are fully responsible for all transactions and activities carried out through your account.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorization, notify our support team immediately.
• If any information provided at registration changes, it is your responsibility to update your account details.

For identity verification purposes, tkvat may at any time request proof of identity (national ID or passport) and proof of address. Identity verification may be mandatory before withdrawals.

4 Payment Rules

The following rules apply to depositing and withdrawing funds at tkvat. For the convenience of our customers, we support the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh.

• Completing identity verification before withdrawal may be mandatory.
• If a withdrawal is made while an active bonus is in place, the bonus will be cancelled.
• tkvat reserves the right to review and verify transactions. Additional verification may be required for unusual transactions.
• All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

6 Game Operations & Fair Play Policy

8 Reasons & Process for Account Closure

tkvat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of the Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Abuse of bonus benefits or fraud.
• Use of third-party payment methods.
• Evidence that a member is a minor.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the software.
• Suspicious money laundering activity.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the support team. In that case, the account will be closed after any pending withdrawals have been processed.

10 Limitation of Liability & Severability Clause

tkvat is not liable for the following:

• Inability to play games due to internet disconnection or server issues.
• Losses caused by problems with the user's device or software.
• Transaction delays due to third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorized access to an account due to the user's own negligence.
• Legal consequences arising from using the platform without complying with the laws applicable in one's own jurisdiction.
